1. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 must accompany the application.

2. All applicants should have a current Tetanus shot.

3. All tools in the tool package are professional grade and are yours when you leave.

4. A graduation certificate will be given to all graduates.

5. The course is eight weeks in length.
